How Diet and Nutrition Influence Cancer

Is it possible that chromosomal damage is simply a marker for cancer and not the actual cause of the disease? Compelling evidence suggests this is the case, and in the featured lecture, orthopedic surgeon Dr. Gary Fettke reviews some of this evidence.

  5. Yogurt is the best - choose the one that's as natural as you can get and less of flavored ones that are loaded with sugar. In the military diet, I was able to eat Greek yogurt which is part of the diet plan. It takes getting used to but with fruits blended in, it tasted quite wonderful and very filling. There are so many yogurts in the supermarket aisle that comes in different flavors. Avoid that. Look for the natural kind for good health.
